Maintenance Instructions
Quality is very important, that is why our products are made of high quality stainless steel which gives them a great resistance to corrosion (rust). However, we strongly recommend washing this range of kitchen knives by hand to keep them in optimum condition. If you decide to clean the knives in the dishwasher, we recommend following the maintenance instructions below to keep your kitchen knives in good condition and prevent stains. Wash the kitchen knives before using them for the first time; Always rinse your kitchen knives with water after use and before placing them in the dishwasher; Food residues, salt, mineral salts (found in tap water), vinegar, bleach and aggressive cleaning agents can cause stains or pitting if the kitchen knives are not thoroughly cleaned after using these products; Do not use too much washing-up liquid, as it can be corrosive in high concentrations; Never leave the kitchen knives soaking in water for a long time; Due to the possibility of 'contact corrosion' (caused by contact between different types of metal), we recommend placing the kitchen knives in the dishwasher separately from forks and/or spoons; Place the kitchen knives horizontally or with the blade facing upwards in the dishwasher; Open the dishwasher when the cleaning program has finished to prevent condensation from forming on the kitchen knives. Remove the kitchen knives from the dishwasher and dry them by hand with a soft cloth or towel.Cleaning instructions
