How can I order something?
Our products can be ordered in the webshop. In the Amefa webshop, you add a product to the shopping cart. Open the shopping cart to pay for its contents. Check your order, fill in your address details and select the payment method. Agree to the terms and conditions to start the payment and complete the process. You will then return to the webshop. If the order has been successfully completed, you will see a page on the screen that confirms this. You will also receive an e-mail with a confirmation of your order. Unfortunately, our employees cannot accept or transfer orders by telephone.
Can I order without an account?
Yes, that is possible. However, creating an account is useful. Then you always have insight into order details, you can easily request a return and your entire order history is saved. If you do not have an account yet, you can create one when placing an order. Please feel free to contact us if you can't quite figure it out.
I forgot my password. What now?
You can request a new password via this page. You will then receive an email with instructions for creating a new password. If you can't figure it out, you can easily contact us .
Was my order successful?
If the order was successful, you will see a page confirming this. You will also receive an email with the invoice as confirmation. Also check your bank account to see if you have paid. Did you not encounter any of this? Then your order probably did not go through. To be sure, you can contact our customer service .
Where can I find the invoice?
Immediately after paying for your order, you will receive the invoice for your order via email. If you lose your invoice, you can always download it from your account. Did you place your order as a guest? Please contact us for a PDF of your invoice. The package you receive does not contain an invoice, only the packing slip for your order.
Which payment methods does Amefa accept?
We attach great importance to the security of your data. Our payments are therefore secured and smoothly executed by Mollie BV You can choose from a number of different payment methods: iDEAL, Klarna pay afterwards, Bancontant and credit card (Mastercard and Visa).
Can I exchange a VVV voucher or other gift card at Amefa?
It is not possible to exchange a VVV voucher or other gift card in our webshop.
I forgot to fill in my discount code. What now?
Unfortunately, discount codes can only be used before your order is completed. Once your order has been paid for and processed, nothing can be changed. If you don't want to throw away your discount code, use it for another time or give it to someone else.
The product I want to order is cheaper somewhere else. What now?
It is possible that an Amefa product is cheaper somewhere else. We do not have a lowest price guarantee. This also means that we cannot accommodate this. The recommended prices of our products are used in the Amefa webshop.
