Our customer service and logistics center are closed on the following dates;
New Year's Day: Sunday, January 1, 2024
Maundy Thursday and Good Friday: Thursday, March 28 and Friday, March 29, 2024
Easter (Easter Sunday and Easter Monday): Sunday, March 31 and Monday, April 1, 2024
King's Day: Saturday, April 27, 2024
Warehouse closing: Tuesday, April 30, 2024
Liberation Day: Sunday, May 5, 2024
Ascension Day: Thursday, May 9, 2024 and Friday, May 10, 2024
Pentecost (first and second day of Pentecost): Sunday 19 and Monday 20 May 2024
Christmas (Christmas Day and Boxing Day): Tuesday 24 December, Wednesday 25 December and Thursday 26 December 2024 no parcels will be sent and we will not be available.
From December 23rd to January 1st we will not be available by phone, you can reach us by email during this period, but the response time may be longer than you are used to from us.
Complaint
If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us by calling or emailing our customer service. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of the complaint. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee (www.sgc.nl) or to this Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/)
